“Hello... my opinion is that the pergola has not arrived... I am disappointed that I have no contact with the courier at all, even though I paid for it. Please cancel my order because I cannot do that. I have already contacted Klarna to block the payment. I am wondering where my pergola is. Please contact the courier, maybe he will finally deliver it to me if you do something about it. Best regards,”

“Not what we were expecting, very light weight frame, plastic roof frame and the tinted roof is very flimsy, like paper, we are making changes to see if they are going to stay put if we have any wind, fingers crossed they will but we don’t hold up much hope, we are filling one pergola set of legs with concrete as they are hollow, and the other one we will put fence posts up into the legs which will be concreted in to the ground, but the first one is standing on a concreted based patio so we can’t counter sink this one although it does have brackets to screw it to the house, the other one will be free standing hence the need to use fence posts concreted in to the ground, I’m 60 and carried the tinted roof box from the delivery lorry myself and the very sightly built delivery man carried the other box with all the frame work in on his own, yes this is how light weight it all is, as this point I wondered what we had brought, if we had seen them in person, no we wouldn’t of brought these at tall”
