“Four vouchers were ordered and redeemed. No confirmation was received on any of the four accounts voucehers were redeemed to. As such we didn't know if we'd actually be able to get in if we attended. We went anyway and managed to get in. The staff on the desk said that the vouchers had been horrible as they can't get them to scan. The first person simply cast an eye over them to make sure that they were in date. The next staff member's attempt was successful at scanning. I'm glad that we managed to get almost-half-price tickets, as we otherwise would not have gone to the Con. However, the lack of email confirmations added an unnecessaru degree of uncertainty to the purchase.”

“Ordered and paid for the voucher on wowcher. Tried to use the redemption code on the link. It said that I would receive an email. No email came through. Contacted wowcher and was told that I just needed my voucher on the day. Contacted the fan company and told them about not receiving an email. I was told that because I booked through a third party, there was nothing they could do. Resulting in no ticket to go. So 0/10 for both wowcher and the company. Will not buy another item from wowcher. Paid money for a ticket for nothing!!”

“This was my first comic con and have to say I thought it was better than Halloween.. So many different people making the effort to get dressed up… There was loads to do and lots to buy. I would defo buy again”
