“Staff very welcoming couldn't do more to help. Lad on the bar very helpful and interactive. Only issue was bath in room as wheelchair user but we managed as all showrooms in use. Breakfast was nice would recommend”

“Great short stay deal. Hotel within walking distance of Skipton down the camel path. Also Bus 66 outside hotel. Good free car park. Room had everything you need including fan. Good breakfast plenty of choice. Friendly staff especially on reception. I had a query which was dealt with before we arrived. Thank you. No complaints. Would recommend.”

“Great value for money. Hotel staff are lovely and helpful. Room was tired but clean and very large. Shower was amazing, very powerful and good quality towels and toiletries provided. The Room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including iron, ironing board, hairdryer kettle and beverage tray with cookies, large tv and guide to surrounding area. Took us 20 minutes to walk along canal path into skipton. Breakfast was OK with buffet style hot breakfast, cereals etc. Visited pool area where towels were provided. Pool was warm and big enough to fo a few lengths, sauna and steam room fully functional but hot tub not working. Overall great value for money.”

“hotel room wanted work,bathroom very old with several leaks... staff very nice and very good. food absolutely brillant ,from the evening menu to the full english..all eaten in a conservatory overlooking the canal.hotel is being refubed,but worth the money we spent.”
