“Went to use my voucher and it had expired not happy as I had major back surgery and they will not honour voucher and voucher won’t help either I will be looking at trading standers and also posting review for both parties as I think it’s terrible that you can’t validate voucher on medical grounds”

“Smaller facility than others but bigger everything else.All the Staff I met were extremely good in their roles.Spotless facilities,good choice of tasty food at reasonable prices and treatments exactly as described.”

“The whole experience from booking to being pampered was first-class, as we were both treated with a welcoming friendly smile! “The treatment was great, Natasha was extremely attentive, the location is not bad, the facilities were full of men, both my mum and I felt very intimidated, it wasn't pleasant to spend anytime in the steam room and jacuzzi”
