“I ordered and paid for 2 of these Led masks and only received one. I have emailed customer service and I have got nowhere. I am getting really annoyed at getting the same reply which is to confirm email I am registered with, which I have done. Still not resolved!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. You need to redeemed both the orders individually for delivery, As I have checked you have redeemed only one order which you have received. I am afraid the second Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I have refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “The mask is heavy and very uncomfortable to wear for any time, when using the neck attachment there are 2 wires which due to being quite short make it cumbersome and awkward. Also the user manual is almost impossible to work out.”
