“Great experience overall. The customer service was excellent. Cream tea is a warm scone with a hot drink and it was nice. The facilities were clean. The voucher is £10 off products and 15% off the full price treatments. I had a Swedish massage the pressure was just right, Bannatyne should make the treatment the full 30 minutes not 20 minutes. Car parking facilities were adequate”

“Had a lovely day at Ingleby Barwick Bannatyne’s great value for money, the only negative was turning up 30mins before my treatment I found I was just sat waiting apart from this. I had a great day.”

“Couldn't attend soa specified but Bannatyne refused to refund or transfer credit to a different location Would definitely avoid as no flexibility. £45 down the drain”
