“I never got to go on my holiday as travelolo tried to charge me £60 extra I have tried to contact Wowcher multiple times and have yet to receive a response. Do not book this trip!”

“The trip itself was good. But unless you want to sleep in bunk beds you’re looking at adding hundreds onto the total. Bought it for me and my partner to celebrate his birthday so bunk beds wasn’t an option. Paid £260 extra just to have a double bed! I later on found out that if you go directly to P&O ferries you can do the exact same trip with an offer of buy one get one person free!! Travelolo are horrendous to get trough to. You call them and no one is available in the correct department so they say the will call you back which they don’t. Went in for over a week.”

“Was charged £45 extra each. Booked and paid for the date I wanted. When I contacted them to book, they told me the dates I wanted weren't available. When I queried this, as date was available on wowcher, they said we had to "upgrade" to go the dates that I booked through wowcher. I had to pay £45 extra each, for the exact offer advertised on wowcher. There was no upgrade, same inside cabin with bunkers. As a result, actually paid more than of I had gone to p and o and booked directly. My advice, before buying this offer, check p and o directly”

“What an amazing few days and such good value for money. We also managed to upgrade our standard inside cabin at the port to an outside double bunk cabin for just £66. The shop was great and the restaurant food quality was amazing. Prices onboard were similar to UK prices which was unexpected. The transfers from Rotterdam to Amsterdam were smooth and 6 hours in Amsterdam is definitely sufficient to have some lunch and a really good look around. We had a brilliant time and can really recommend this trip. Exceeded our expectations by a wide margin and we’d definitely do it again.”

“We had a brilliant experience on the overnight P&O ferry trip to Amsterdam! The boat was full of life with a great atmosphere, plenty of entertainment, and a variety of food options onboard. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced, and there was even a free cinema – a really nice touch! Amsterdam itself was amazing, even though the visit was short (we arrived around 11am and had to head back by 5pm). It would definitely be worth booking the option with a stay-over if you have the time, as there's so much to explore. Tip for future travellers: book directly through P&O. We made the mistake of booking via Wowcher and their third-party site and were hit with an unexpected £80 surcharge. They claimed that without paying it, we'd be sharing a cabin with strangers and we were placed in the cheapest bunk cabins. In the end, it cost more than just booking direct with P&O in the first place! Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’d highly recommend it – just make sure to book direct to avoid hidden fees and get the best experience.”

“Price wasn’t as advertised had to pay another £80 or ask for a refund from Wowcher as Travelolo said there wasn’t availability at the offer price even though it was still advertised on Wowcher at the offer price. The cruise was lovely the return transfer was over an hour late though which was uncomfortable in over 30degree heat and no shade anywhere at pickup point. However we did enjoy Amsterdam and the cruise.”

“The ferry is a really nice experience,if I’m being picky it was the same entertainment o both journeys and mainly sang the same songs ,and I would probably have a night in Amsterdam as Iyiu don’t really get long enough to do everything,but on the whole I enjoyed it”
