“Hi I would firstly like to say it was an absolutely disgrace, the so called lunch was a chicken tikka wrap which was burnt and cinder could not even eat it along with a dryed up salad supposed to be with a dressing with nothing on it , we asked for dressing to go with the salad and the server that served us went away and stood standing for 15 minutes and came back over and we asked again and they said oh I forgot sorry !! Food was a disgrace asked for a tea and they said no we could no have it !! It was my mums 60 birthday and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, the spa day it’s self we never got showing were the relaxed room was untill the end so we missed out on that and our treatments were not at the time we booked them for !”

“The treatments were great and the relaxation area was lovely. At lunch the waitress said that the hotel "didn't have a wine list yet" (very strange) so we ordered 2 large glasses of white wine each with lunch, and were charged £68.20 for 4 glasses of wine!!! I followed this up with an email to the hotel 7 days ago querying this cost again and haven't had a response yet.”
