“I can't write a review as I haven't even received it yet I am not happy it's on hold because the delivery charge has never been paid. I contacted the merchant and they told me to contact Wowcher and you are pretty hard to get in touch with. Now I'm going to wait days on it unless Wowcher sorts this mess out I will never buy another thing from Wowcher they are a nightmare to deal with stay clear of them.”

“1. Poor instructions 2. Bad wiring on electrical cables 3. Cannot read anything on the screen. 4. Heart rate does not work & cannot be seen on screen. 5. I've written to the company x2 but have not received a reply. 6. Delivery is nearly £50! (It's in the small print).”

“Instructions completely useless but easy enough to set up without them. Motion appears fairly smooth, but noisy at times (maybe dissappear once treadmill has been used for a while)”

“Instructions are not very clear on how to operate the machine and also on the website it clearly says 10 year warranty but instruction book only 1 year. No instructions on how to connect Bluetooth”
