“We had stayed at TheBurford Bridge before lockdown when it was a Mercure Hotel and we were unaware of the change to a Sunday one. Like a lot of businesses post Brexit and Covid staffing levels have reduced, nevertheless the staff on duty were extremely helpful and very friendly and could not be faulted. The duty manager, Stephen, particularly so. We took advantage of the upgrade to a garden room which was great. With the DB&B with Prosecco package it was a good value purchase. We will definitely use Wowcher again. The booking.redeeming process was a bit over complicated and a confirmation email from the hotel was not received so I had to contact the hotel directly to confirm which caused some initial concern. Trying to obtain a telephone number was particularly daunting and extremely difficult but all turned out ok. The hotel guests being sparse meant that our dinner was served in the lounge rather than the Emlyn restaurant. However, the service was very good as was the quality of the food. Served hot, quite quickly and with a smile. All in all we enjoyed our time at the Burford Bridge.”

“Lovely relaxing stay for a night. Clean comfortable room, with tea and coffee facilities. Balcony in the sun overlookong the beautiful landscape was a bonus. Really lovely meal -2 course dinner with a bottle of fizz. Buffet breakfast had a good range to choose from. Free parking in car park opposite too. Great deal all round. We'll definitely rebook”

“What a wonderful hotel From the moment we walked through the door Very friendly staff and so very helpful The barman was so kind as was the waitress The room was clean tidy well decorated l would highly recommend this hotel one of the best we have stayed in Food was amazing very well presented and tasted fantastic we will definitely be back !*****”
