“We thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine's Break. The food was all lovely. As we were asked to choose in advance it would have helped if the online menu had shown the accompanying vegetables etc rather than just the main ingredient. (On seeing the full menu at the hotel I realised that one starter which had seemed attractive actually contained something I don't eat.) While we thoroughly enjoyed the experience we were surprised that it didn't contain anything to suggest Valentine's Day (for example a rose on the table or heart shaped chocolate) as it could have been just any nice meal. A few simple touches could have enhanced the experience. That said we would very happily go again and felt it was reasonable value for money.”
