“Feels like it doesn’t even make sense like it just picks random foods etc it says you have an intolerance to something but can eat something else which I know contains that thing def not true”

“I had a number of issues with UKLabs administration. Problems accessing their website from my laptop; errors in their emails; slow results...I am still waiting for the nutritional advice. My messages and feedback have received sarky, bordering on rude replies. I most certainly would not recommend them.”

“I have not received my report!!!!!!! TY for following this up but to date I have not heard from UK Labs. Update - 3/7/25 - sadly not only I have not received my report they are not responding. I would like to request my money back. TY”

“I haven't got mu results yet as i only just sent off my sample but was extremely easy to do everything needed. I have recommended to friends.”
