“Massage in itself was okay, the person who did it was okay but there was a language barrier and she didn’t seem interested in the start and was on her phone. The place where they are located is like an office block and the noise was horrendous. Loud talking from the next room also tv on very high. Could hear people talking outside the door and drilling. Made the whole experience not the greatest.”

“From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable, there was no communication, no hello, nothing. It was just straight ‘take your top off and lie down’ You can hear outside noises / people talking shouting / music whilst the treatment is taking place, which took away the relaxation. She was quite rough and the whole experience felt half hearted. She didn’t even ask if the temperature on my head was okay, at one point it was too cold then too hot. Massage was approx 5 mins and she asked me to sit up with wet hair whilst she done it, very unprofessional, again half hearted massage. I asked her how long she had done this for and she said 7 months when I asked if she enjoyed the job it was almost hard for her to answer. There’s nowhere to park, room was small. I wouldn’t recommend.”
