“I was very disappointed to receive the hat because it was nothing like described and was clearly a much cheaper and inferior product. It was either the totally wrong product sent or completely mis-sold. I was instructed to contact the selling company which I did and I requested either a full refund or the actual product I had purchased. They told me to keep the hat and offered me a refund of £9. This is not what I wanted! Not recommended. I had to contact PayPal for a resolution. Buyer beware.”

“Not like description at all, pulse settings for headaches as mentioned, looks different to picture, only stays on for a few minutes not the 30 mins advertised and no heat control like advertised, very cheap product. I have arranged to return it.”

“This is absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. Still trying to contact you but without success. Contacted seller, no reply from them. I am contacting my bank and trading standards. This is a scam.”
