“I'm very happy with the Microsoft Office. It was easy to load and gave clear and precise instructions on how to load it onto my laptop. The only worry I have is that I brought something similar online and a year later found out from Microsoft it was a scam when they closed the website down and I was left without access to any of my study documents. I'm hoping that this isn't a scam, but I thought as it was on Wowcher it would be ok.”

“I was unable to load this programme because I apparently have a Chrome Laptop and not a Windows based laptop. Unless I missed it, it was not clear when I made the purchase! At 78, I’m not IT savvy - and truthfully, other than being told by the supplier that it was designed for Windows and not Chrome - disappointingly. I got no further help. I think I’m entitled to a refund.”
