“Amazing the staff were amazing attentive to my arthritis and the fact it was my boyfriend’s first massage. Allowed us to have the cream tea and Prosecco on our third day just before leaving”

“Our treatments were exceptional we felt wonderful the pool was warm and staff very helpful and friendly...especially Holly on reception who showed us around and was so helpful... However.. The hotel looks tired it need a refurbishments...we had to pay 10 to park the car...and 20 each for a towel and robe which was refunded on return. We would have liked a spinner for our costumes after use and it would be lovely if there were loungers around the pool area to relax on after a swim and more hooks for towels and robes... Afternoon was scones and jam and cream ..scones were nice but it wasn't a full afternoon tea..I would go back because the spa staff are so talented...its just the environment of the hotel looks very tired .”
