“First time we've been here and it will be the last. It took over 30 mins to get in, the lady was on her own and very pleasant but struggling to do everything on the entrance/exit. Very difficult for me to get around on crutches, there was water leaking from hosepipes making the pathways muddy and very slippery. Kids were bored, the animals were lovely to see and looked cared for, didn't realise till we got inside you had to pay extra to see the reptiles. There was only 3 guinea pigs for all the children there to hold which meant it took a long time and lots of children went away dissapointed. The price to get in £10.95 each, I appreciate that it's expensive to feed animals and maintain a place, but the price and lack of things to keep children amused means I won't be coming back. You'd stay an hour or 2 at most and that's a lot of money for a family of 4 or more. Nowhere to sit and eat a picnic either because the 4/5 tables there were busy with families.”
