If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“What a waste of money. The tablet arrived fairly quickly and there the good vibe ended. I received a 7 inch go tab ( I have never heard of it) running android 4 and not upgradable. It won't upgrade the basic apps I.e YouTube or chrome browser, rendering it basically useless. Bought this as a first tablet to keep my grandson occupied on his first flight. Should not have bothered. Oh and BTW it has deep scratches all over the screen. Keep your money in your pocket. As the saying goes, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. Gary.”

“Wasn't for me. Item sent couldn't support the apps I needed, struggled to get internet to connect. Searched different sites and I could have bought the exact one for 1/3 of the price of this lucky dip.”

“The tablet was about as big as a stamp it was scratched had a broken screen in several places was no way a lucky dip it didn’t work no internet connection was crashing and the battery would only work if plugged in it’s a stretch trying to sort it out I suggest anyone who is going to get this to spend the money on vinted or eBay. The company who provides them has ask me to return it in order to get a replacement if it’s in “stock” ……… stock ……. Lucky dip AVOID AVOID !! I”

Thank you for contacting us, Providing it is within 14 days of receipt - If you don't like the item you have received and haven't opened it from it's original packaging, you can return it to the merchant for a refund. Please note returning for an exchange is unfortunately not possible for Mystery Deal products.
