“Thought it was £28 but then a £2 admin fee and cheaper elsewhere but setup seemed ok, should have said to use a MS emails as for Teams to work it needs that. I had used my gmail, but now 1 month later has stopped working and no way to contact for support only and email and so i cant use my email/pc when i really need to. Very stressful as now not working one month later and now having to spend more time on it.”

“TOTAL SCAM!! The code provided was rejected by Microsoft, the code provided did not provide lifetime Access. I want my money BACK!!”

“I had difficulty registering the software online. I got an error message saying the activation code had already met the number of allowed activations. I had to try activating over the phone which worked but was very lengthy.”
