“The product I received looks nothing like the item, the mattress it comes with doesn't even fit in the bed as the mattress is smaller. Very poorly made and I have had to buy another bed to replace this.”

“The quality bed it’s absolutely bad, not a same like on the photo, the bed arrived damaged and dirty, before delivery I got a message that in case of damage or dissatisfaction of the supplier they can take it away immediately, unfortunately one of the suppliers was aggressive rude and impudent, after a phone conversation with the store manager the gentlemen started talking in their own language and ran away, I am still fighting for a refund and return of the bed because they stated,, that it does not cause a problem with use,, but I paid for the bed from the photo and not for the bed that is damaged and dirty. I was treated very badly and I wholeheartedly do not recommend shopping with this company if you do not want to have damaged nerves like me”

“Unfortunately the bed is not as plush as it looks . Shoddy workmanship, the ottoman box lid was broken and mattress had a tear in the side lining . The company are not willing to refund or exchange properly. The item is faulty and they are blaming me for not opening the bed in my hallway to check for defects on delivery . Absolute shambles, the company is giving Wowcher a bad name as I have brought other items from Wowcher affiliated businesses but this has been the worst experience.”

“I received the bed frame delivered to me very dirty with lots of stains! I’ve complained about this but I was told that my items were delivered without the latter! This is very disappointing because I have been buying items in Wowcher. This is not how you treat your customers!”
