“I am still waiting so I can't give an honest review about the actual quality asbi havn't seen it yet. I wish I could comment on the physical bed, the very poor is for the service or lack of it.”

“The bed itself is lovely, looks expensive and is very comfortable. The delivery however not so great, was told to expect delivery on a certain day and confirmed on the day too... we emptied my bedroom, then they called to say the van that had my bed on, has problems and had to return to depot. Was promised for the next day, when I called after the the time the delivery should have already taken place, I was told ... um, ah!! let me just put you on hold... which she didn't , so I heard the conversation. I heard they hadn't loaded my bed on the van. When she came back on the phone she said they had problems with the van again... she lied to me. Anyway as a 62year old women I was sleeping on the floor again. The bed arrived on the 3rd day of promises. The guy that delivered was great friendly and really helpful. He even told us how to put the bed together... thank you for your perfect customer service... delivery guy. Shame about the telephone customer service”

“Still haven’t received my bed got told 27 th of January still waiting now been told 11th of February would never order again from Wowcher I got rid of my old bed and have been sleeping on my sofa feel really let down”
