“Absolutely awful quality, this is made from the cheapest plastic , I've tried to return got given a label i have to print, I have no access to a printer and no one is returning my email”

“No instructions and very poor quality. Hairdryer has hardly any power and attachments were advertised as curling hair with picture showing automatic wrap around. Not true, you have to wrap it manually. Has 2 of those,? Either I am using it wrong or it's the wrong item sent to me.”

“What a disappointment! On opening the box, it was evident it was made from very cheap materials; rhin plastic with a poor finish. On using it for the first time, and not even on high heat, it went 'bang' during use and stopped working. From the rattling noise, I assume the element had blown. I've requested a refund.”
