“Been before this time the service was very poor I’ve already filled in a survey from derwent manor No staff to refill our tea We had to ask initially for the tea Little too much to eat so we hoped to take the remainder home sadly after waiting over 1/2 hr for someone to help We came home”

“Have always loved staying at Derwent Manor, but the afternoon tea let them down. We waited a long time to be taken to our table. Then waited for it to be set up we were given our afternoon tea minus the teas and coffee. After a second time of asking we were given our hot drinks when we were nearly finished. So no I wouldn't do this again and yes we did complain but it was like no one wanted to take responsibility.”

“Lovely setting for our afternoon tea which was excellent. The scones were first class, I would of liked a choice of either a savory or sweet tea,”

“Beautiful afternoon tea for a special birthday treat. We were a large group celebrating a 60th birthday, gorgeous food and the cocktails were amazing, great friendly service, would definately recommend”
