“I have sent 2 emails to you requesting prepaid postage to be sent to me to return the XL jacket as even though I am an XL size it is too small so I need the same jacket but a 3XL size to be sent as a replacement.Please acknowledge my emails asap?”

“I was flicking thru and caught my eye on a jacket which had a logo looking like North Face so I looked at the description and it started of as North Face so I selected my size and ordered it immediately. When it came I was confused it says DARTH FACE on the logo so I double checked advert and it says North Face inspired...what ?... it was very sneaky of wowcher the way they advertised the jacket why not call it for what it really is which most definitely is not North Face and what annoyed me more was the fact that I checked it online and could have got the jacket almost half price for what I paid for it but lesson learned for next time ( if I use it ) to read the advert thoroughly if it's too good to be true it's not true.”
