“Lovely room clean and adequate great staff that welcomed us, good old style pub , good atmosphere, very friendly, beer prices but higher than we normally pay but food very reasonable and very good , just a shame it was spoilt by flies, couldn’t eat comfortably for fighting them off, when one landed in my meal that was it , when the bill came we mentioned it and they discounted us, but said it was expected as it was the countryside, such a shame because it was great other than that. Maybe some netting up at the windows, it was still same at breakfast when they told us they had sprayed, hate flies sorry.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and had everything we could need. The bed was really comfy and the shower lovely although it needed the drain unblocking as water took ages to drain away. Food was nice, breakfast lovely the only downside was there was a constant supply of flies which put us off. The staff were friendly & helpful.”
