“Never received my order no communication from the seller for about 5 weeks. Raised issue with Wowcher who said they would refund on the 26/06/25 but still no refund issued. Every time I try and contact them they tell me to wait 2 more days to see if I do get my order delivered even though they said they would refund me. NEVER EVER USING THIS PLATFORM AGAIN!!!!! See photo attached reference refund.”
