“Lovely hotels , elegant and super cleaned. My kids loved the 2 pools inside. Room perfect and very comfortable for 5 people. Fantastic breakfast, with everything you like: everything fresh cooked . About zoo I suggest to add some activity extra when the area activity funny game is closes. Some music band or some one with balloons art or decorations face for kids or something else for attractions. We visited zoo and aquarium. Kids tired to walk . No funny time inside zoo . For next time add you something extra inside zoo.”

“Did not go as all halfterm rooms l booked for were fully booked received a refund eventually as l had to get my bank to do it”

“I had booked swimming for 1.15 as that was the last slot on there web site so we left the Zoo which shut at 3 so we couldn’t go back in and there was people still coming into swim gone 3. No tickets was sent over to me and had to pay £5 for the room keys which didn’t come out either. Had to pay to go in the zoo the next day also paid extra for a view which turned out to be the car park was disappointed over all”

“I purchased this for my son and family but unable to book a date as no availabllity . When he finally was able to get a date the room with a view was not available. The only option was for 4 of them not 5 and not the theam room on offer .”
