“Terrible service, sent a laptop that wasn’t working, literally wouldn’t even turn on. I didn’t trust them to sort it out and as it wasn’t cheap and I read other reviews where they ghosted people I opted to get it fixed at a trusted laptop repair shop. Would not use them again. Also laptop shell was not in good condition it was more like fair. It had dents on the top, a dent on the side. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Wanted to give no stars, but wouldn’t let me.”

“Delivery quick Laptop touchscreen did not work properly and the keyboard had a delay so even setting up the laptop was virtually impossible. Returning and hoping for refund”

“I got a refurbished MacBook Pro. the laptop freezes often and there was no manual book and the battery didn't last long. not good quality.”

“Don’t buy this… I have brought 2 computers from Orion computers Both the computers is damage rusty has got missing screw work slow when open application, the computer did not bring the fuse charge, and for that reason i would like my refund, i have sent the computer to Orion computers its has been a week now and i have not received any update from them”
