“When it came, I had to take it apart as the circuit board was rattling around inside. I then had to glue the wood boards back together :(”

“I purchased this for my grandsons first birthday. Firstly, the screw that holds the battery panel in place was missing and secondly 2 of the small wooden pegs came loose while my grandson was playing with it. Now the board is not working at all. I am sure that you will understand my upset. My grandson ended up in tears as he was unable to play with his new toy.”
