“Was lovely.. but would of preferred more savoury. There was alot of sweet things and the scone was toffee. Traditional scones with jam was missing! Overall good.”

“Four of us had Afternoon Tea at Mal Maison recently. The sweet treats were excellent as were the Toffee Scones with clotted cream streaked with toffee. The savoury element included a mini burger and a pulled beef ball as well as a chicken concoction and enchilada. Not a sandwich in sight which made the event a little different. Two of the group found the savouries too spicey and would have preferred traditional sandwiches but that certainly didn’t detract from the quality and presentation of the food. Our waiter deserves a special mention as he was excellent striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. He explained the menu beautifully and kept our hot drinks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, flowing. All in all we had a lovely afternoon at the Birmingham Mal Maison”

“Was a perfect day.The afternoon tea was of high standard. Amar was amazing&staff,too.As booked same day&was efficient at all times.One of the nicest afternoon tea we have had in t24/25.”
