“An amazing afternoon tea. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The sticky toffee scones were a lovely change to the usual fruit scones.”

“Bought as a birthday treat for my daughter during a trip to York. Building in convenient location. Staff very welcoming. Restaurant was quiet, just a few other groups enjoying their food. And the food was excellent! I had standard tea, daughter the vegetarian option. 4 lovely savoury treats, followed by 4 delicious deserts. Each!! Would certainly consider going back”

“Once we had the voucher for the meal, the whole process worked really well. Malmaison were easily contacted and great when agreeing a date and when we arrived we were greeted by staff that made us feel very welcome. The meal arrived quite quickly but in the meantime we enjoyed tea that was continually topped up. We had a lovely window seat and the food was quite varied from a beef brisket bite to a chocolate chip sundae. I can't thank the staff enough for their attentiveness.”
