“I did not receive my order. I emailed the company and they said Royal Mail had misplaced it. So I said ok if you run out of bottoms I’ll have tops. They asked what size, I told them. They replied with a Royal Mail tracking number. When I track the number Royal Mail says we are expecting your parcel. It’s been saying that for a while so I emailed them again. They are yet to reply, and still no package.”

“NOT ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE NEW Out of the 4 leggings received, 2 are unwearable; the black pair has white stain on the leg that won't come off despite washing and the green pair had 2 holes in them! Both pairs had no labels on them so it is evident these are not new. Merchants will not replace them and are not helpful. Other 2 leggings received were in perfect conditions with the labels attached - shame they weren't all like that”
