“Very disappointed advertising as Jellycat but definitely not Jellycat and no labels on item received the gingerbread man awaiting Birthday Cake as it has not arrived but presuming this will not be a genuine jellycat either.Unable to find out how to return items. Not even sure if the Birthday Cake will even be delivered. So annoying and upsetting was buying for grandchildren.”

“Really poor customer service experience from Wowcher, I ordered 3 items in total, only one of the items had a label advising that it was a Jellycat product, they were Christmas gifts, only one arrived before Christmas and for me the worst part is that they will not under any circumstances combine the postage so you receive the items together and only pay once…… none of this is made clear before purchasing - have sent a complaint email….. they didn’t even acknowledge the issue- never ever will I purchase anything from you again.”

“This is not a Jellycat or even close to one, there is no safety labels on it so I would never give this to a child now. Trying to get a refund on this as very very disappointed.”
