“Bought as a gift. Booked to use in the Buchanan Street, Glasgow venue as this was an option on the voucher. Once we were seated and asked if there were any restrictions as to what we could order they told us this could not be used in this venue, I showed him the options on the voucher and he said this had since been pulled but we could use it in other venues (all of which would mean someone driving as public transport not optional from where we live). We ended up paying for a cocktail each and leaving as we could not use the voucher. When we did eventually use it in the Fort it cost us £40.00 in taxis so not at all worth it. Wowcher and TGI's should be communicating and emailing customers if there is any change to the validity of the voucher. Very disappointed to say the least, and quite embarrased as this was a gift.”
