“Arrived at the spa 9.30 am for treatments to start at 10am , staff very friendly and helpful. Showed us to the changing rooms and pointed out the facilities etc great. Entering the changing room the floor could have done with a good vacuum... lockers robes, towels and slippers provided good. 1 toilet roll between two cubicles, no soap to wash hands, only 1 of 2 sinks worked.. relaxation room quiet, water and orange juice refreshments were avaliable. I had a full body massage the treatment was good- room a little bit on the cool side temp said 21.5 not sure if that's normal but when your lying still in a bikini it's a little bit on the colder side, also the lock and handle on the inside of the door was missing... The thermal suite was a big disappointment, the foot spas were out of order, the steam room was not turned on and had cups from im assuming the day before also very dirty. I told 2 different staff members the steamroom wasn't working "ok" was the response, went to make a cup of tea in the lounge there was no milk had to settle for black tea. After I asked a second member of staff the milk was provided. Afternoon tea was nice, bistro staff member was lovely, good selection of sandwiches and cakes carefully explained in a lovely room to enjoy the midday sun. Overall the facilities need a good scrub and maintenance is needed, this spa used to be beautiful and very well kept and maintained, it now looks shabby and lacks luster.”

“Lovely relaxing morning, lovely staff. Pool is not near the treatments though so need to walk up stairs to access past reception. Massage great ,full body massage fantastic. Robe a bit tight so unless you are a size 12 ask for a bigger one. Recommended to give it a try to treat yourself.”
