Please DONOT waste your money on this!!! this 'hoover' is the size of an adults hand and DOES NOT HOOVER UP!!!! also doesn't move on carpet!!! Absolute waste of money

Title: Very Disappointed – Poor Quality & Doesn’t Do the Job I bought the 3-in-1 Smart Vacuum Cleaning Robot from Epetlo Recruits Ltd / Coolfordeal hoping for a helpful, time-saving appliance. Unfortunately, what I’ve ended up with is the opposite. First, the core function – picking up rubbish – fails completely. This vacuum will barely collect debris; worse still, it often vacuums something only to drop or throw it back onto the floor moments later, defeating the whole purpose. Things like bits of paper, crumbs, even small dirt get picked up, but then released again. Second, the build quality is shockingly poor. It feels like a toy rather than a home appliance. The materials are flimsy and thin; parts seem loose; I fear it’ll break entirely with very light use. When something this fragile handles daily tasks, you lose trust fast. On top of that, the performance is inconsistent. Sometimes it barely moves to the edge of a room; other times, it bumps into furniture and stalls. It doesn’t follow logical cleaning patterns; it wanders randomly, making little progress. Given all that, I believe I deserve a full refund — not just for the robot itself, but for the delivery charge I paid. I’m very disappointed in both the product and the misrepresentation of its capabilities. In summary: I do not recommend this 3-in-1 Smart Vacuum Cleaning Robot. It is poorly made, unreliable, and fails at its basic functions. Please save yourself the frustration (and the waste of money).

What an absolute piece of useless, cheap rubbish, that doesn't even work!. Don't waste your money, i will be submitting a complaint and returning for a full refund! Extremely disappointed !
