“I bought this for my auntie and uncle as their Xmas present, they loved it. I also purchased a one for my friends 40th was just about to book it for next weekend to be informed from the newspapers online that it’s closed its doors. I have had no feedback or information for any sort of refund and have messaged yourselves to ask what I should do and heard nothing back as of yet. Please advise. Thanks”

“Great lunchtime experience. The HRC location on the Quayside is excellent and complemented by the attentive staff. We had burgers to eat which were great quality. All in all great value.”

“Service was excellent from the whole team but our server Morgan was especially good. Food was decent, the drinks were frequent & very enjoyable. The 4 of us had a great day and look forward to doing it again.”

“This is our third time at the Hard Rock Bottomless Brunch, always via Wowcher, and we have never had a bad experience. The food is always a good portion, served well and hot - the menu isn't extensive but they never are for bottomless and ir your a HRC fan you will know what type of meals to expect. The drinks alone are excellent value, let alone the food, between 4 of us it worked out £22 each for a main meal and 90 minutes drinking time. The staff and servers are always friendly and polite and attentive, the service is always quick - even when they are busy on weekends. Would highly recommend!”
