“I paid £19.99, to believe that I will get what was promised in this deal. Unfortunately, I received a Moon Light Touch Lamp-unpackaged and cheaper than the £19.99 I’ve paid to Wowcher. This is a case of appearance versus reality, rather. It looks good on their website, but what I received was nothing close to what was advertised for £19.99. But I suppose, it is my fault for trusting Wowcher. Never again.”

“Ordered the premium tier for £19.99 and received an item from the cheaper package which costs £9.99. tried to contact, no luck at all. Can't even see details for merchant.”

“Paid £19.99 for a TIER 2: Ultimate tech mystery deal - OR redeem towards another available deal. Ended up getting a brute moon light touch lamp, I am fuming and I have reported this company wowcher and desiretech limited to trading standards and the CMA watch dog, I will also be writing to panorama to investigate both companies you must be joking if you think I am paying £19.99 plus delivery of £3 pound i want a full refund of 23 odd quid stay away from this company. I didn't receive any ps5/tv etc it's a scam from wowcher stay away and save money false advertisement. Will not be using them again”
