“I opted for the premium mystery box rather than the standard twice the price at £20 but hey ho ho it’s Christmas lol(even paid £6.99 for faster delivery). Well after eager anticipation I wasn’t expecting a ps5 or a big flat screen tv or anything decent but what I got I didn’t expect, a colour changing infants bunny nightlight worth £9.99 on Amazon!!! I do feel just a tad ripped off tbh, as you will see in photo box was bashed too so not even a good present for someone lol”

“Absolute con of a so called mystery bundle. I received a kids lamp worth at most £10 from a major online retailer. I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase before and have had mystery bundles (from elsewhere) and they have always been surprisingly good. The seller should be ashamed of this and it has put me off ever probably using Wowcher again”

“Bought 2x tier 2 tech mystery bundles including including delivery for for roughly £48 in total to recieve 2x bunny lights worth £9.99 each, went on to the desiretech website to find they have a 94% 1 star review with nothing but complaints about there customer service, would highly recommend avoiding this deal and Wowcher if this is the type of 3rd party company they deal with”

“My feedback is that I feel I've been tricked and ripped off you sent me 2 poxy moonlight lamps that are £9.99 to buy on amazon and they wasn't even in the picture because if I thought i could of got 2 moonlight lamps I definitely would not of brought the mystery deal I brought 2 and the other mystery deal said its been delivered when it has not. It's a nightmare trying to get back a refund but my bank with pay me my refund for the items that says delivered when they have not but the money got taken out my account for it. I will never buy from wowcher ever again”
