“The mystery cost £20 item inrecieved is available is available from the manufacturers website for £12.99. Wowcher advertises that it saves people money yet the prize cost me 35% more than rrp. Honestly I am quite appalled and this was my first purchase and may be my last because of it. I feel like putting it all over social media showing false advertising. Your promotional pic for the item is off amazon showing it at over £20 so obviously a very basic Google search of the product hasn't even been done. Or it has been done and wowcher chose to only show the more expensive price to customers to lead them into believing they are saving money then source it from cheaper providers to maximise profit. Also I believe the bag is in the tech category because it shows a phone charging using what looks like a port. In actual fact upon opening the bag it is not a charging port its just a plastic hole in the bag for a cable to go through their is no technology in the bag whatsoever. The whole thing is very very misleading”

“Awful experience delivered late after paying for delivery paid the 19.99 and got a 7 quid carry on case with a usb cable in it , not sure that classes as tech pack to me with promises as on the site but honestly feel throughly ripped off, guess you never win with a gamble,/mystery”
