“A blue bottle fly was in the spout of the teapot that got poured into the teacup. They forgot the cream for the scones Didn't serve the pressecco until we had Finnished eating. Had to remind them that we had booked a sparkling afternoon tea, then took another 10mins checking the voucher to make sure.food was good. Service poor and they didn't pay attention to detail.”

“Spa facilities were OK but no jacuzzi as awaiting a new one. We were unable to have afternoon tea on our first booking as problem in the kitchen, so we had to rebook for 2 weeks later. On second visit we used spa facilities again which we had to pay a premium rate ( a discount would have been nice for our inconvenience) and eventually got our afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was delicious, plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. The young lady serving us was lovely, polite and very helpful. We will return for the afternoon tea but will wait for jacuzzi before visiting spa.”
