“It clearly states adjustable volume but the volume doesn’t adjust! It’s ridiculously loud and not a relaxing sound at all. After contacting the supplier they simply said sorry.”

“Was really disappointed as when received it did not light up or breath . So obviously a faulty one . Couldn't be bothered to send back so pulled out all the innards so at least they are left with a soft toy.”

“This arrived and did not work, it was cheaply made and you could feel the plastic box protruding through it so not suitable for cuddling. I have sent it back and still waiting on a refund.”
