“Was due to arrive within a few days but was not sent out. Tried contacting Love Cocoa who did not reply to either email. Wowcher got involved and contacted Love Cocoa and the hamper was sent out next day delivery, making it 6 days later than advertised. When it arrived, it contained NONE of the items in the description on the Wowcher website - instead of 3 boxes of lovely truffles, it contained hot chocolate flakes, biscuits, oat-based chocolate bars and valentines day chocolate bars - all of which were reduced to clear on the Love Cocoa website and close to their best before date. Very disappointing! Currently trying to obtain a refund.”
