“All staff here were very welcoming and pleasant . Especially at lunch , the few staff were very very busy however were also very friendly and attentive and our lunch was lovely except the salad was very dry. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was disappointing and the choice of treatments could be better with a back neck shoulder included in deal instead of a £10 surcharge. A lot of the lockers were also not working we tried a few then a member told us they don’t work . When in the relaxation room there were staff just outside at pool side talking very loudly which was unfortunate in such a lovely quiet room . Overall an ok day .”

“While this was a good deal, a few aspects unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. Having visited the Westwood Hotel a few years ago and enjoyed its charm, I was disappointed to find that both the hotel and spa facilities felt somewhat neglected this time around. The pool area and amenities seemed in need of some care and attention. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher level of luxury. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was quite slow—we waited nearly 30 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated and then another 25 minutes for our soup starter to arrive. Considering it didn’t appear overly busy, the delay was surprising and a bit frustrating. However, I must commend the spa team for their excellent service. I opted for the back, neck, and shoulder massage, which was an additional £10 on top of the deal, but it was definitely worth the extra cost. It was fantastic and made the overall experience a little better for me.”

“The staff were amazing..Diane gave me a great massage ..then relaxed in a beautiful zen room ..went for a swim and chill out in the jacuzzi..the 3 course meal was really nice..The staff made it so special. would definitely recommend..easy transaction via Wowcher”
