“Wowcher vouchers, redeemed through Travengo, resulted in a severely misrepresented trip. We were charged extra for Stansted despite 'all London airports' being advertised, and in Portugal, we received different hotels one which was so awful that we had to seek alternative accommodation and a bus transfer for 4.5 hours instead of a train. Avoid this deal.”

“What an absolute farce. Flights late at night on way out and 5am on way back via Amsterdam. Hotel described in advert not available and a youth hostel offered instead. Tried to get a refund but Wowcher wouldn’t honour their refund guarantee. Had to pay an extra £400 to get anything decent and I could have booked the same package for £490 rather than the £840 it cost me!!!!”
