“The item was fine it was the appalling customer service or lack of customer service from Wowcher. The item was clearly displayed in the fine print as havin NULL payment for delivery. However, once purchased they charged me £2.99 for delivery. I then contacted Wowcher through their WhatsApp number (literally the waste of time) they then sent a an email admitting that the fine print was wrong and they would raise it internally??? However, no mention of the delivery fee I paid??? Absolutely scam I am very disappointed and would not recommend them at all. The item itself was ok not as thick as advertised to be fair but was ok.”
