“It was ok , the pool temperature was cold so we didn't really stay in the pool to long . We used the stream rooms etc . The afthernoon tea was ok nothing special, but We had a lovely table looking across the lake . Would we go back , probably not .”

“Small lunch then charged £10 for a tea and a coffee. Was expecting 3 course meal with prosecco. Not value for money at all.. Small steam rooms and a pool..”

“Main reception smells of stale smoke. Spa facilities have a lot to be desired. Cold showers which smell of sewers. Freezing pool, no slippers. Rain shower not working. Steam room not hot. Couldn't use sauna as it was so busy. No showers or water fountain in the spa, so have to go back into the changing rooms. Limited loungers. Spa staff unattentive and rude. Restaurant staff were great and meal was good. Although, it was £30 per head for 3 courses, so not as a fantastic offer as wowcher made out.”
