“I have not received my order. Delivery date was 11th December. No email updates. Emails to The company with no response and I can only communicate with wowcher! Telling me my email is incorrect for login . However , I am receiving plenty of emails from wowcher. This is a Christmas present for my young niece. I either want my order dealt with asap or a refund for the cost of product and postage. Both of which I have proof of. Very disappointed”

“I haven’t received this order!!!!!!!!! I’ve paid for it but not received it and keep getting emails asking to review it - I have emailed the merchant 5 days ago no reply!!! And Wowcher are not helping me at all. This was a Christmas present for my daughter I’m so disappointed!!!!!!!”
