“Sadly this item, never arrived. I tried 3 times to contact the merchant via their email address on the Wowcher. It just kept coming back . I contacted Wowcher,who tried to contact the merchant for me. Sadly, they have the same email address for the merchant, so the same problem arose. Wowcher were great Answered & helped me straight away. Just really dissapointed I didn’t get the product & that there arnt other ways to contact the merchant, to resolve it. Ie phone number so I could speak to someone”

“Don’t waste your money! Took 15 working days to arrive and it is NOTHING like the image. It does not come in a nice box. It is a cardboard postage box. Yes, 15 items but 2 were the same and sachets like you get as free samples. 1 sample of one of the names mentioned but a 1.5ml sample. Absolutely awful!”

“This order is still outstanding and there is no progress status on the wowcher website. This order was meant to be delivered before 26th November. I have emailed the merchant but the email has bounced back as undeliverable. I will be requesting a full refund”

“Although this should have been received by now we haven’t seen it and I ordered 2 for my daughters. I shall not buy from Wowcher again. It was the first time but I don’t think it is trustworthy. If they haven’t come by the weekend I will try to get my money back.”
