“The pair arrived quickly. A lack of clear, concise instructions wasn't of immediate concern. However, one of the items didn't appear to work. The red flashing light, obvious on one, did not appear on the other., even after prolonged sun exposure. I tried charging using a usb cable but it still showed no life. The other one, apparently 'working' could not be tested effectively as we didn't have any icy mornings!! Still waiting for an icy morning to show up, next autumn/winter!”
